Bio: Edith Portik Middleton was adopted from Transylvania, Romania and grew up traveling the globe. She is an English teacher at King Kekaulike High School, in Upcountry Maui, Hawaii where she teaches English, Creative Writing, and World Literature in grades 9-12. Edith is passionate about traveling, education, and enjoying life's everyday precious moments. She lives in Kula, HI with her two daughters Anastasia and Aurora.
